2. Product Quality

5. Shipping & Labor Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us or the manufacturer for evaluation.

  • If a repair or replacement is approved, outbound shipping of the new item may be covered by us or the manufacturer.

  • Labor, installation, and service costs are not covered under standard warranties.
